**PARENT QUESTIONNAIRE**

Dear Parent/ Guardian,

We would be grateful if you could take a few minutes to complete this questionnaire, which is based on the Estyn questionnaire for parents, to support our ongoing school improvement work.

At Gwauncelyn Primary School, we are committed to working in partnership with parents and carers to ensure that every child receives the best possible educational experience. As a school, we regularly evaluate our strengths and identify areas for development and your views are an important part of this process.

The information gathered through this questionnaire will help us to understand what we are doing well, identify priorities for improvement and inform the school's future strategic planning. As a new Headteacher to both the school and local authority, developing strong relationships with all stakeholders and gaining an understanding of the views of our school community is a key priority. Your feedback will help shape decisions and ensure that our improvement work reflects the needs and aspirations of pupils, parents, staff and the wider community.

All responses will be considered carefully and used alongside other stakeholder feedback to support our self-evaluation and school improvement processes.

Please complete the questionnaire by 9:00am on Friday 23rd October 2026.

At the end of the questionnaire, you will find a section where you can provide any additional comments, suggestions or feedback you would like to share.

We welcome all views and thank you in advance for taking the time to support our school.

Diolch yn fawr / Many thanks for your support.
